Terms of Service

By accessing the Lucid Dreamz platform, you agree to abide by the protocols defined herein. These terms govern your interaction with our AI companions and creative tools.

Article 01 — Eligibility Criteria

Access to Lucid Dreamz is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You must not be located in a jurisdiction where access to adult AI content is prohibited by law.
You must not have been previously suspended or banned from the Lucid Dreamz platform.

By creating an account, you certify that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

Article 02 — Account Terms

When you create an account with Lucid Dreamz, you agree to the following:

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Single Account

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse credits, promotions, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

Non-Transferable

Your account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another party.

Article 03 — Service Description

Lucid Dreamz is an AI-powered creative companion platform that provides the following services:

AI Companions

Interactive AI characters for roleplay, conversation, and creative storytelling.

Image Generation

AI-powered image creation using various models including realistic and anime styles.

Video Generation

Short-form and long-form video creation powered by advanced AI models.

Voice Synthesis

Text-to-speech capabilities for bringing AI companions to life with voice responses.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Feature availability may vary based on your subscription tier.

Article 04 — Credits & Billing

Lucid Dreamz operates on a credit-based system to allocate computational resources:

Credit Allocation: Credits are allocated daily based on your subscription tier. Unused daily credits do not roll over to the next day.

Credit Usage: Different actions consume varying amounts of credits. Image generation, video creation, and voice synthesis each have different credit costs.

Subscription Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you experience technical issues preventing service access, contact support within 7 days for consideration.

Article 05 — User Content & Ownership

Regarding content created through our platform:

You retain ownership of original prompts and creative direction you provide to generate content.

Generated images, videos, and other AI outputs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial usage rights are available with Architect tier subscriptions and above.

You may not claim AI-generated outputs as entirely human-created work when disclosure is legally required.

We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services (without using your specific content for model training).

Article 06 — Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain platform integrity and legal compliance, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Generating, uploading, or distributing any content depicting minors in sexual situations. This is reported to authorities.

Non-Consensual Imagery

Creating realistic depictions of real individuals without their explicit consent, including deepfakes and revenge content.

Automated Access

Using bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the platform, harvest content, or circumvent rate limits.

Jailbreaking Attempts

Attempting to bypass safety filters, manipulate AI behavior for harmful outputs, or exploit system vulnerabilities.

Illegal Content Creation

Generating content that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to terrorism, violence, or fraud.

Harassment & Abuse

Using generated content to harass, threaten, defame, or harm other individuals.

Article 07 — Intellectual Property

Lucid Dreamz and its licensors retain all rights to:

The Lucid Dreamz platform, brand, logos, and visual design elements.

All AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology powering the service.

Pre-made AI characters, their personalities, backstories, and visual representations.

Platform documentation, tutorials, and promotional materials.

This agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.

Article 08 — Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

You May Terminate

By canceling your subscription through the billing settings and ceasing to use the service. Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We May Terminate

For violation of these terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or extended periods of inactivity. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Content you have downloaded remains yours subject to the content license terms above.

Article 09 — Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs.
• AI companions are fictional entities and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• Generated content may not be suitable for all purposes or audiences.
• Third-party AI model providers may experience outages affecting our service.

Article 10 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCID DREAMZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Lucid Dreamz in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Article 11 — Governing Law & Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Lucid Dreamz.
